After the 2013-2014 Budget Act, the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP) was eliminated on July 1, 2013. Thereafter the ADP programs were transferred to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). The State of California’s Department of Health Care Services sets the fees approved for the County of San Francisco and licenses the programs.
The participant must enroll by contacting appropriate program listed below to set up intake appointment to enroll. A down payment of at least $100 is due at the time of enrollment and thereafter a monthly payment plan is available. Participants are given proof of enrollment that must be provided to the Court and the program will provide proof of enrollment on-line for the DMV.
